The Sr Manufacturing Engineer is a salaried position supporting our Manufacturing operations. In this role you will be responsible for driving technical & process improvements, troubleshooting equipment issues, and creating/writing PMs. Working directly with supervisors, managers and team members to ensure our manufacturing operations run smoothly. In addition, you will be a member of the cross functional work team to identify, implement and maintain process improvements. Metallurgical knowledge is preferred.
The Materials Planning Specialist reports directly to the Materials Manager and assists with various responsibilities within the Materials Department. Key duties for this role include ordering supplies, maintaining accurate inventory and reports, and assists with other clerical work as assigned.
The Quality Engineer oversees quality processes and delivery, ensuring customer standards are met efficiently and safely. They work closely alongside the team members and Quality Manager to maintain equipment, and troubleshoot process issues pertaining to quality defects. Key duties include monitoring performance metrics, enforcing safety protocols, and fostering a productive, high-quality work environment.
The Production Supervisor manages daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. They lead production teams, schedule shifts, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot process issues. Key duties include monitoring performance metrics, enforcing safety protocols, and fostering a productive, high-quality work environment.
